DAN MILNE
FOUNDING DIRECTOR

A graduate of Actors Centre Australia, and recipient of the BBM Drama Grant for study in the UK, Dan has over a decade of professional experience as an actor and performer of both stage and screen (including a five year dabble in radio), and has trained and worked across the globe*.

A big kid at heart, he has also worked as a children's entertainer for most of the aforementioned decade, as part of The Outback Aussie Show, and on ABC Kids TV's 'SplashDance!' from 2016-2019.

In early 2019 Dan relocated to Mparntwe/Alice Springs with his work for Starlight Children's Foundation. Inspired by the unique landscape of Central Australia, and his favourite animal, the Wedge-Tailed Eagle, Dan founded On The Wing Theatre Co. with the intention of challenging the traditional theatre-going experience, and offering something unique for audiences.

Dan is proud MEAA member since 2010.

*Other random places he has stretched his acting skills are: LAMDA, Central School of Speech and Drama, and New York Film Academy, (Manhattan campus).
